Well, Vibrational plates - for a warm up! What a great idea. Hope it catches on.
No nonsense kind of talk, and yes, intensity is necessary. I love how he differentiated between training, and exercise. There is no one wonder exercise, and the best way to improve your sport is that sport! Lots of good stuff!
