Great Talk! I loved the car parking scene. I always park so far away that my kids and wife call me the "nomad." LOL

I did not know that there was little difference between standing and sitting, but either way I fidget a lot. ( Standing on one leg, walking, holding my legs up while in a chair...stuff like that.) What I do want to point out is this: even though I move around a lot (more than 3,000 miles of walking a year, on average- according to run keeper) I am still grossly overweight. Why? Diet. Sugar. Donuts. LOL.

It really is an equation: Eat right, Sleep right, and move around (oh, and find something to do that juices you- a hobby, a passion, a career). I loved how practical and insightful this talk was. Just do a little and over time, it becomes a lot. Bravo! Smiles, Kevin
