The Huffines Discussion is where great speakers and leaders in Sports Medicine talk about the future in a manner understandable to all.

Today's talk is from Dr. Steve Riechman, Texas A&M University, who talks about "Eat More Cholesterol for Your Health and Strength".  This is a great talk that may challenge many of the beliefs you may have about cholesterol.  Click here for Dr. Riechman's bio.

This was mind blowing. There is no "Good" or "Bad" Cholesterol? Man, they need to get this information out to the Doctors in Family Practice. Weight lifters can eat eggs again. His work is clear cut, meets rigid standards, yet is virtually unacknowledged. This kind of leading edge science needs to be brought to the forefront. Congrats to both the Huffines Institute, and Dr. Steve for going against the flow, and egging the research on!
