Frank hit it right on the head. And he walks his talk (or runs! LOL) Keeping up with him just going to meetings was pushing it for me. I have become one of his disciples. Telling my friends to get up off the couch, loose that 20 lbs, and move around. Enjoy that decade between 55 and 65 - without so much suffering. Dr. Booth walks his talks, and he does not , as the old saying goes: "...suffer fools lightly..." And you are fooling yourself, if you think the picture he painted isn't your future ; if you don't get moving. His facts and research is unassailable ; if you don't change your habits; sedentary death syndrome is your future. Just move, at a fast walk, six times a week. What could be more simple? Yet, so many can't do it. Preach on Doc, Preach on! Kevin at 60 and still moving around a bit...not as fast as you - but still moving.
