One of the lightning rods in modern society is anything to do with sexual identity. The world of Sports and sports medicine is not exempt from discussion, conversation, and research into the role that sexual identity plays in Sports. In particular, how transgendered athletes should be allowed to participate in sports and any accommodations required is a difficult, but necessary discussion to have. This is a provocative discussion and we look forward to hearing from you in the comments.
